I pulled my back moving furniture sometime in March. Since then, I've been in awful pain. Btw, I'm an in shape guy, 27 years old. It felt like it was never going away for months and months. I got this ball about 2 months ago. It didn't appear to be working at first because I probably wasn't using it right. When I first starting using it appropriately (doing stretches with it and rolling the affected area up and down with it), my lower back pain is gone! I am so thankful for this thing and plan to get one for my mother! I can't believe how powerful this thing is!

Great for getting into specific areas

Bought this as a gift for my dad after he tried out my vibrating foam roller by TriggerPoint. He runs 20 miles a week and has a variety of gear aimed at helping him recover in between runs. He absolutely loves this item, particularly that it can get deep into the tissue in specific areas.

Power button so big

The only issue I have with the ball is that it needs to be rolled from a certain path otherwise you might accidentally roll on the power button and turn off the vibration. This issue was better resolved with Hypesphere balls by making the power button very small.

My Husband bought this in October 2019 and we have enjoyed the intense massaging. We did notice that the massage time decreased over the last 6 months. Today (April 8, 2020) I used the ball for 5 minutes before I had to recharge it.

The nice thing about the vibe is that you can put in hard to reach places like under your shoulder blades where a foam roller can't reach. The vibration to really work on the knots.

Super versatile massage ball - Big enough to get in my hamstrings, but can also fit between my shoulders for those stubborn pinched nerves. Lowest speed is perfect for me - But love that I can kick it up a few notches if I'm REALLY sore from a long leg workout.
