The Outdoor Research Sombriolet Sun Hat is a wide-brimmed hat for sun protection. Hike, paddle, and adventure into the wilderness while protecting the head. Not only does it cover the noggin, its wide brim shields the neck and face. The nylon blend fabric is durable, breathable, lightweight, wicks sweat, and dries fast. The chin cord is removable, and just in case the wind blows the hat into the water, the floating foam-stiffened brim will keep it afloat until someone can grab it.

Great Sun Hat
My husband and I have been wearing OR sun hats for decades while hiking. They continually get better. Love this Sombriolet Sun Hat.

Great hat
I love this hat. I wanted something light and breathable that would keep sun of my face and neck, this is darn near perfect. Haven't had it long, but it seems of good quality and I expect it will hold up well. Also Al's price was the best I found online and was delivered quickly.

Great sun hat
Great hat, keeps the sun off and the head cool. Helpful that it tightens under the chin and around the head so if it's windy it will stay put

Perfect hat
