The Faction Mana 3 has performance, precision, and playfulness rooted in its DNA. The modest 112 mm waist width effortlessly balances these elements, making the ski a freestyle-inspired quiver-killer for your all-mountain and freeride needs. The sustainably harvested poplar core construction is complemented by a generous rocker and a hint of camber, resulting in a ski that presses and pivots with catch-free confidence, without sacrificing edge hold and stability at speed. The Mana 3 comes with Faction's unique rubber/carbon stomp pad to give you the support you need for skiing hard in all conditions. Backed by the finest, most durable Austrian construction, powered 100% by renewable energy.

FEATURES

• Poplar, a light, durable softwood, provides flex, pop, and vibration absorption. It enables all-mountain freestyle skiing, combining pop and has enough torsional stability for a solid downhill grip.
• Between 8-12 carbon strips sandwiched on either side of the wood core enhance ski stability without extra bulk. Woven into fiberglass for full-length strength and stiffness.
• A 600mm-long, 15mm-wide carbon/rubber reinforcement underfoot, above the edge. In addition to protecting the wood core from heavy-duty impact on rails, the carbon and rubber inlay adds stability and vibration absorption under your boots.
• We are working with our production partners to eliminate material waste. We now mix base, sidewall, and top sheet material scraps back into the raw material used for production, reducing carbon emissions while ensuring the same level of quality & durability.
• In an effort to reduce the impact of our supply chain, we strive to source materials from European companies that are based near our factories.
• Our poplar, beech, and ash cores are sourced from the forests that are growing near our European factories, eliminating the carbon cost of transporting raw materials across great distances.
• This ski is produced in a cutting-edge facility that runs on electrical power that is 100% renewable. The factory no longer uses oil, resulting in annual CO2 emissions reductions of a whopping 10 million kilograms.
• The 2.5mm edges stack an extra 25% of the height on top of our already super-durable standard 2.0mm edges. This extra steel gives the rider a pair of skis that are going to take more abuse and last longer.
• A construction that places strips of protective material along the sides of each core, between the edge and the top sheet. Sidewalls provide the best possible edge hold and stability when the ski is engaged in a turn as well as protecting the wood core and edges.
• The Elliptical Sidecut is made up of a longer radius underfoot and shorter radii in the tip and tail of the ski. The long radius underfoot means you can pivot faster and easier, the shorter radius results in easier turn initiation.
• Micro-cap is a hybrid of premium sandwich sidewall fused with durable lightweight cap construction. Provides strong edge hold, and torsional stability, and protects joints prone to chipping.
• "Boat flex" combines a stiffer tip and tail to help settle the skis at speed, with a softer midsection, for big-time pop on request.
• We use the highest quality topsheet material available, and we test it rigorously to ensure it stands up to regular abuse. Sourced near our factories in Europe for a friendlier supply chain
