Trilene XL 12lb test is awsome
Always use this Trilene XL line 12lb test for my spinning combos and this is the reason why. Fish of a Lifetime

The only line I will buy
I own right around two dozen spinning rods. Everyone is spooled with either Trilene XT or XL. All my light to ultralight rods use 4-6 pound xl. My medium light to medium heavy rods 8-14 XL. I tried a lot of other lines, but that was over 20 years ago. None were as tough or castable as my Trilene.

Great for everything!
Im 14 and this is the only line I run on my rods the 8 pound test is great for everything I fish it for walleyes in the spring. Then crappie and bluegill in the summer with the low memory your line lasts forever. Its honeslty the best!
